Extended Health Plan
At all d3h managed hotels we offer a comprehensive benefit package through The Co-operators to all our employees after 6 months of employment. The company pays half of your monthly premiums and you pay the other half. Monthly premiums are split among your regular, bi-weekly paycheques.

Fitness Challenges
At d3h we promote healthy lifestyle choices. To help our employees in achieving personal fitness we hold several fitness challenges each year. Each hotel in the d3h family of hotels works together in competitions where they all record their daily pedometer readings and challenge the other hotels. We have "Walked Across Canada" and also "Soared Over the Philippines" during our most recent challenges. A cash prize is divided amongst the winning team.
Employee Discount Card
As a member of the d3h family you will receive an Employee Discount Card which offers you discounted room nights when you travel and stay in any one of our family of d3h hotels. You will also benefit from discounts offered to employees when travelling across Canada, North America and the world!
Incentive Program
Our incentive program has been developed and driven by our employees. One of our goals as a company is to help you succeed in your role with us and our desire is for you to be able to work towards achieving incentives that are of significance and value to you.
Fundraising
At d3h we believe that our employees' communities are an important part of their lives and should also be important to us. We have participated in programs from delivering Christmas hampers through the Salvation Army to raising funds for The Cure Foundation - Breast Cancer Research by participating in their National Denim Day. We also support the Child Cancer Foundation and have participated in the Christmas Festival of Trees by designing, decorating and donating trees for their annual auction.
